Lifecoaching with Clara Gibson M.Sc.
If you have read my page 'how this book began' you will know that the idea of my book was born from attending life coaching sessions with Clara. She is a certified coach and previously a specialist health visitor (and has many other strings to her bow including currently training in NLP). From the initial conversation I had with her, right up until my last session, I found her very easy to talk to, she has a wealth of knowledge, was genuinely interested in me as a person and worked very hard to help me to sort out certain aspects of my life and set me on the path to achieve my goals.

Lifecoaching with Helen Jeffery
Helen is my life coach at the moment and she is so enthusiastic and motivated. Within the first couple of session she identified my strengths, set me actions and got me working towards my overall goal.
